Collins arraigned on 2nd degree murder charges

Waco D. Collins 35, charged with second degree murder for the September 2009 shooting death of Shannon Golston, was arraigned this morning (Thursday, June 21, 2012) in  Caddo District Court.

Collins, who is represented by J. Ransdell Keene, entered a not guilty plea. Caddo District Judge Scott Crichton is presiding and Lea Hall, assistant district attorney in Caddo Parish, is prosecutor.
