FEMA Director Talks Exclusive to KTAL

Paulison says his office is more prepared if another storm should affect the ARK-LA-TEX. He says the agency now has more skilled people in place and there`s advance communication with local officials on how FEMA can respond the needs of residents who might require assistance during an emergency. Paulison also told KTAL the importance of having FEMA in the Department of Homeland Security and what makes him direct from the previous Director.
