Linda Kate Passaniti, 56, will be in court at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday for arraignment on charges of second degree murder, conspiracy to commit second degree murder and three counts of forgery.
Passaniti is charged in connection with the July, 2010 shooting death of Ernest Luttrell at his home in the 12200 block of Greenwood-Springridge Rd. Passaniti is the fourth person charged in connection with the murder-for-hire death of Ernest Luttrell.
Erick Dewayne Crain, the admitted shooter, entered a guilty plea to second degree murder in June 2011 and was sentenced to life in prison at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.
Tina Marie Vanmoerkerque, who recruited Crain, pled guilty in February of this year to second degree murder and received a life sentence in prison at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.
Loretta Moore Luttrell, 73, mother of Passanti and wife of the victim, was charged with first degree murder, but in February was declared incompetent to stand trial and was committed to a state facility in March.
