Two prisoners have escaped from the Miller County Jail overnight.  Officials say the two used a hack saw blade to cut through metal bars. They then broke the glass out of the window.  Cortez Hooper 23 is charged with 1st degree murder, aggravated and probation revocation.  36 year old Quincy Vernard Stewart was charged with possession of a controlled substance and a capital murder charge out of Bowie County. NBC 6 News has a reporter in Texarkana and we will have a full report tonight at 5 and 6pm.  If you have information contact Miller County at 870-774-3001.
