School Spotlight: Central Elementary

Central Elementary has a rich history. Principal Eric Hill says the school is on the National Registry as the first school in the area for African American students. Hill says this past along with key members of the community- many graduates of Central- help students realize the importance of education. Also, students learn about their school's past daily through the archive room, which includes a historic photograph of the graduating class of 1932.
