Reverse mortgages can help seniors 62 and older use the equity in their homes to make retirement easier.  These special mortgages convert part of home equity and eliminate monthly mortgage payments.  Carolyn Johnson opened her business in February, offering local assistance to seniors.  Her website is:     www.carolyn-reverse.com
