The parents of a murdered Virginia Tech student are retracing her final steps in the hope of finding her killer.
Morgan Harrington disappeared after attending a Metallica concert in October 2009.
Her remains were discovered months later in a remote field.
On Tuesday her parents and investigators retraced her steps, from the concert hall to a bridge where she was offered a ride, then to the field where she was eventually found.
Wednesday marks the anniversary of the discovery of her remains.
DNA evidence links Harrington's killer to another 2005 abduction and rape in northern Virginia.
