Haughton man arrested for stalking

Updated: January 13, 2011

A Haughton man was arrested Wednesday night for stalking and obscenity, said Bossier Sheriff Larry Deen.

Allan Jay Philyaw, 27, of the 200 block of Bodcau Spur, was taken into custody after he followed a female on two separate occasions—the first time exposing himself and committing a sex act.  Philyaw was identified after a witness got his license plate number and he was identified in a six-person photo lineup by the witness and the victim.

Philyaw was transported to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility and booked.  His bond is set at $65,000.
