Shreveport Bank Robbed

By: Lynn Vance
Updated: December 23, 2010
At around 10am Shreveport Police responded to a hold up call at Community Bank in the 400 hundred block of Travis Street.  They say a man walked in and held up his jacket to reveal a gun.  He demanded money and fled with an undisclosed amount.  The vehicle he was driving was discovered near Fredrick and Jewell.  Police now have a home surrounded in the 3600 Fredrick Street.  We have crews on the scene and will have full details tonight at 5 and 6pm.
