Internist returns to Shreveport

John P. Harris, M.D, ABIM, has joined Internal Medicine Associates located in Suite 400 of WK Pierremont Health Center, 8001 Youree Drive in Shreveport. He joins Sally S. Ball, M.D., ABIM, S. Germain Cassiere, M.D., ABIM, Robert C. Hernandez, M.D., ABIM, Jina A. Miller, M.D., ABIM, Daniel J. Moller, Jr., M.D., ABIM, Maurie Patterson, M.D., ABIM, Sherry B. Campbell, APRN, FNP, and Laura Perkins, APRN, CFNP, in the internal medicine practice.

A native of Mansfield, Dr. Harris comes to Willis-Knighton from private practice in Natchitoches. He previously practiced in Shreveport in the early 1990s.

Dr. Harris is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe. He received his medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. He completed an internship at University Medical Center in Lafayette and returned to Shreveport for his residency at LSU Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Harris is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of numerous medical organizations.
