Russian Judges Tour Caddo Correctional Center

Five judges from Russia joined Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator for a tour of the Caddo Correctional Facility Tuesday morning. The judges are participating in the Open World program. They are spending one week here examining local, state and federal judicial systems. The judges also had an opportunity to attend Criminal Justice and History class at LSUS.
