Good news from LSUS; Porter's surgery a success

Shreveport, LA--Josh Porter was wheeled off to surgery at approximately 2:00pm this afternoon. His closest family and friends waited anxiously for the results as hours went by, until finally around 6:30pm, their prayers were answered. A phone call to the Porter family assured them that Josh had a successful surgery, and that he could be out of ICU by 9:00pm this evening. Reports given stated that it is possible that Josh could be on his feet by early Friday morning, and that he could be headed home as early as the end of this upcoming weekend.
