Keagle Named WAC Special Teams Player of the Week!

RUSTON - Louisiana Tech sophomore Chris Keagle was named the Western Athletic Conference Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance in the Bulldogs loss to Idaho Saturday. The Baton Rouge native punted four times for 48.0 yards while downing three of the four punts inside the Idaho 20-yard line. Keagle, who entered the game averaging just under 35.0 yards per punt, also connected on a season-best 56 yarder in the first quarter. The award is the first of the season for a Bulldog and the first of Keagles career.
