Bossier Parish School Board Name New Bossier High Principal

Bossier School officials have selected a new principal to lead Bossier High School. At Thursday`s meeting,Haughton Middle Principal, David Thrash was approved 11 to 1. Since former Bossier Principal Bud Dean retired following an investigation of his mis-appropriating funds, Gisele Proby-Bryant was acting principal. Superintendent Ken Kruithof recommended she have the job permanently, but school board members wanted more than one applicant. That`s when thrash was thrown into the race and now he`s in the top spot, he plans to continue the school`s tradition of excellence.
