County Judge Considering Lawsuit after Election Loss

A series of voting problems during this week`s Arkansas election has one candidate considering a lawsuit. Little River county judge Carolyn Coleman lost a run off election for a state representative race by only 3 votes. She`s upset because early voting was delayed nearly a week because ballots didn`t arrive on time. She thinks that could have cost her the election. "Here at the courthouse all the official preach you got to vote. They come to vote and they can`t. I think they were denied their rights," Coleman said. Most of Coleman`s frustration has been directed towards Election Systems & Software of Omaha, Nebraska. In a press conference yesterday, Arkansas` Secertary of State said the company performed poorly and he hopes improvements can be made before November`s election.
