Solider Dies In Training Accident

He died during a training accident at Fort Polk, Louisiana. Officials tell us the accident happened yesterday. The solider has not been identified yet. He was taken to Bayne-Jones army community hospital where he was treated. An hour after arriving there he died from injuries sustained during the training accident. We are told that his mother was notified this morning. Fort Polk does not plan to release the soldier's name until the entire family is notified. Officials at Fort Polk tell us the training these soldiers undergo is very realistic. It prepares them for a combat zone. This accident is still under investigation.
