Texarkana Man Charged With Exposing Teenager To H.I.V.

22 year-old, Jerry Gray already faces a molestation charge after an incident involving a 14-year-old boy.
Now prosecutors have added a charge of exposing another person to H.I.V. The alleged incident took place in October, the victim told police he was at Gray`s apartment and had been given alcohol. He stated he had sexual relations with Gray after several advances by him. In one of those acts a condom wasn`t used and that`s reason for the new charge.
Gray pleaded not guily to the charges and will stand trial on February 5th.
If convicted, Gray faces 30-years in prison for the exposure charge.
The sexual assault charge against Gray carries a sentence of up to six years and a maximum fine of 10,000 dollars.
