Southwood Coach Arrested

Southwood high school coach Joseph Barbee is behind bars tonight after Shreveport police say he had an ongoing sexual relationship with a 15 year old student. The two had reportedly been dating since November of 2005. Barbee, who is 34, faces one count of molestation of a juvenile. Police advice parents to notify them if their children are having an inappropriate relationship with a teacher or coach. Barbee`s bond is set at 125 thousand dollars. Right now the school district has placed Barbee on administrative leave.
