Murder Case May End In Mistrial

A Texarkana, Texas murder case could end in a mistrial because of the defendant`s testimony.
Reggie Smith was found in contempt of court after ignoring instructions about his testimony. Smith is accused of murdering Christopher White in August.
During his testimony, Smith divulged information about the victims alleged drug use, after the judge hearing the case instructed him that the information could not be mentioned.
