Caddo Deputy Arrested

36 year old nor former Caddo Deputy John Ugarte was charged with child molestation and arrested Tuesday night. The sheriffs department had been investigating a tip they received about Ugarte and Monday Sheriff Prator terminated Ugartes` employment. Ugarte had been working at the department for two years.
