Prisoner Walks Off Work Detail

An inmate is on the loose after walking away from work detail. Joe H. Bell Junior was serving time for several drug related charges in the Arkansas Department of corrections in Texarkana. He was working at Cleve Batte Construction until 2:30 when officials noticed he was missing. Bell has several tatoos, including a cross with a face on his right forearm and the word joe on his left forearm. If you have any information on Joe Bell`s whereabouts you`re urged to call police.
