Barksdale Welcomes New A-10`s to Squadron

Seven A-10 fighter jets from New Orleans` Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base arrived tuesday morning. The pilots and jets are being transferred to the 917th Wing due to last year`s BRAC decision. Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base New Orleans is the first Air Force reserve base affected by the BRAC decision.
