Ohio police are searching for two teenage girls who robbed a bank in Symmes Township Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the girls implied they had a weapon but did not show one.

Witnesses said one girl appeared to be 14 to 16 years old, and the second girl was about 12.

Tracking dogs from the Warren County Sheriff's Office were brought to help search for the two robbers.

The girls fled on foot and investigators said they tracked the pair past a Comfort Inn and toward a nearby apartment complex.

The manager of Pizza Tower restaurant said he saw and heard all the

commotion but no suspects.

"Normally, there's only one or two cars patrolling Symmes Township, but I would say there were at least five or six cars that we heard of swarming the area. You could tell they were looking for someone," Brad Speckert said.
