North Louisiana Prison Escapee Captured in Bossier

Bossier Police Tuesday announced the capture of Jermence Rogers, who escaped last week from the Ouachita Parish Correctional Facility. Rogers was captured at a Bossier City home just after noon Tuesday in a joint operation with the U.S. Marshal`s Service.
