Earlier Thursday around 11:45 a.m, a massiver roll-over tied up traffic at the intersection of Midway Avenue and Hearne Avenue. Police say a driver was heading south on Hearne Avenue when he ran a red light. That`s when the driver of another vehicle going east on Midway Avenue hit the other car sending it rolling onto its hood. Everyone walked away from that accident. Just an hour before, authorities were at the scene of a 2 car collision. It happened just after 10:30 a.m. in the 3300 block of Frederick Street. One man was thrown from his truck. He was hospitalized with multiple injuries. Authorities say he was sitting in the back of the truck as it ran a stop sign and collided with another car. 2 other people were treated on site for non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the truck was cited fir failure to yield.
