Fugitive Waives Extradition To Ark-La-Tex

In a surprise move Monday, the suspect in the double homicide of a Nashville, Arkansas couple has waived extradition back to Arkansas. Calvin Bennett was arrested in Rothschild, Wisconsin after his profile aired on America`s Most Wanted. Bennett was originally set to be back in Arkansas late Monday, but refused to sign the extradition papers. Tuesday, he remains in a Marathon County, Wisconsin Jail. Another extradition hearing is set for December 19th.
