Miller Co. Files Disaster Declaration

According to the National Weather Service, Miller County Judge, Roy John McNatt has filed a disaster declaration for the county. At least two roads remain closed in Texarkana, Arkansas.

On the Texas side, at least 37 roads are closed in Bowie County and two in Texarkana, Texas.
