FCC Wants Info From Google Voice

The FCC is probing whether Google Voice is a phone service or an online service. "USA Today" reports the inquiry by the agency seeks answers on how users place calls and whether calls to particular telephone numbers are restricted. Google has until October 28th to respond. Google Voice allows users to have one Google-issued number for their home, office and cell.
