Police Investigating Two Rapes

Shreveport Police are investigating two rapes reported in the last two days.
The first happened Thursday. The victim says a man got into her car when she stopped at the light at Hearne Avenue and Emery Street. She says he forced her to drive to an unknown location and sexually assaulted her.
The second case happened early this morning. The victim was walking on Portland Avenue when a man driving a green car kidnapped her at gunpoint. She says he drove to an area near Shreveport Country Club and sexually assaulted her.
In both cases the victims described their attacker as a heavy-set black male.
