Siren Malfunction Gives Residents Unwelcomed Wake-Up

An unwelcomed wake-up call Friday morning in Texarkana caused concern with residents. The Texarkana Office of Emergency Management experienced a city-wide technical malfunction with the tornado warning sirens. Although the radar was clear, the sirens blasted. Officials say the problem was isolated to a computer malfunction.
