A drunk mom with two toddlers in the back of her minivan was busted for a DUI in Cooper City, Florida Wednesday night after she passed out behind the wheel with her car running in the driveway. Brenda Dulcos, 44, was charged with the DUI and negligence after her children, a 3-year old and a 4-year old, were found wandering nearly two miles from their home, according to the Broward Sheriffs Office. Hours earlier a drunken Dulcos had fallen asleep behind the wheel of her Ford Windstar as it sat in the driveway with the ignition on. Police found her shortly before 6 p.m., when she was arrested. Appearing in court Thursday a tearful Dulcos, who has no prior DUIs on her record, was told she would not be allowed to drink or drive children when released. "Your children were found two miles away from you passed out in the driveway and if that is not a danger to your children then I dont know what is maam, short of having a loaded gun with them, I dont know whats any more dangerous," Broward Judge John Hurley said. As of Thursday Dulcos was being held on $4,500 bond.
