Morning Crash Closes Portion of Pines Road

Pines Road South of I-20 East is closed. There’s been a roll over accident involving an18 wheeler with a flat bed trailer. The truck was hauling bags of concrete mix. The truck left the roadway when one of the tires left the pavement causing the trailer to twist and flip which in turn caused the cab to flip also. The driver works for Diamond Equipment and was not injured, but was required by his employer to seek medical attention. You may want to take an alternate route while the accident is cleared up.
