Teen Hit By Car While Chasing Runaway Dog

A 13-year-old boy was killed Monday in Red River Parish. Clayton Barnard was trying to save his dog who jumped out of a truck along Louisiana Highway 514. When the teen ran across the road, he was hit by a car. He later died at the hospital.
