You hear stories about sisters often fighting when they're younger, but two sisters have learned competing against each other can be fun!

Rachel and Heather Trafford are training for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. The sisters are also competitors but rely on each other for support.

The two started shooting targets together, 13 years ago when they were toddlers. Their skills have taken them all over the world to sixty countries and introduced them to different cultures.

The Trafford sisters shoot at least 300 arrows a day. They are also both in student government and are top ranked state musicians.
