Animal lovers in Israel have prepared 40 puppies to be shipped to the U.S. for adoption. The puppies were abandoned in Northern Israel after the fighting began between Hezbollah and Israel. They were found by an Israeli group called Concern for Helping Animals in Israel. CHAI tried to get the animals adopted in Israel, but isn`t having much luck.
