Arkansas State Supreme Court Justice To Retire

(Lttle Rock) -- Arkansas Supreme Court Justice Annabelle Clinton Imber has announced her retirement effective January 1st. Imber has had health problems in recent years and says that while she isnow in good health, she needs to refocus and take care of herself. In December, the 59-year-old Imber will marry retired FBI agent Henry Tuck. She informed her fellow justices of her decision to retire after their weekly conference. Imber has served 20 years on the bench and has been an Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court since 1997. Imber is the only female justice ever elected to the states high court.
