What would The State Fair Of Louisiana be without Livestock and students. Wednesday, the Ark-La-Tex Agriculture Council held its annual Livestock sale. The sale included four catagories: Goat, Sheep, Swine, Poultry and Steer. Here is a look at this year`s winners. Goat: Jessica Jenkins, St. Tammany, Grand Champion $3,000 Annie Simoneaux, Acadia, Reserve Grand Champion $2,500, La Bred Grand & Reserve Champion$800 Sheep: Holly Wooten, Lafayette, Grand Champion, La Bred Grand Champion $3,500 Frankie westerfield, Assumption, Reserve Grand Champion, La Bred Reserve Grand Champion, Champion Suffolk $2,850 Swine: Hunter Doise, Jeff-Davis, Grand Champion, La Bred Grand Champion $4,000 Brittany Doise, Jeff-Davis, Reserve Grand Champion $3,600 John Denison, Calcasieu, La Bred Reserve Grand Champion Poultry: Luke Wilkerson, Natchitoches, Grand Champion $2,700 Kris Simon, Lafayette, Reserve Grand Champion $2,500 Steer: Dylan Hebert, Lafayette, Grand Champion $7,000 Jessica Jenkins, St. Tammany, Reserve Grand Champion Lance Bearb, St. Landry, La Bred Grand Champion Emily Arceneaux, Tensas, La Bred Reserve Champion
