Texas Governor Candidate Talks In Texarkana

Texas Gubernatorial Candidate, Carole Keeton Strayhorn visited Texarkana talking education Tuesday. The Independant Candidate focused on her Texas next-step program. Through the program high school graduates could attend either a community or technical college with tuition, books and other fees paid for by the state for a maximum of 2-years. Strayhorn is running against, Incumbent Rick Perry, Kinky Friedman and Chris Bell.
