Car Theives Send Police On Chase Around Shreveport Neighborhood

The search is on for one of two suspects who led police on a chase through Shreveport. Police closed off several blocks near Orla Avenue around noon Tuesday. Officers spotted the suspects in a stolen van and began pursuing them. During the chase, the suspects bailed out of the van while it was still moving; it then crashed into a car, a fence and a tree. Police caught one of the suspects, but the other is still on the loose.
