Investigators are hoping sophisticated new technology will help the identify the so-called "Screwdriver Bandit."  Texarkana, Texas police have a new $10,000 computer system that allows them to digitally enhance surveillance video.  It's equipment police can use to track down the Screwdriver Bandit, who has struck two banks and two convenience stores in one month.  The latest robbery was an EZ Mart store overnight on August 18th.

Police say the new technology allows them to take once grainy pictures and turn them into crisp clear photos.  Sgt. Shawn Fitzgerald of Texarkana, Texas police says it's like going from cassette to CD's.  And police aren't the only ones using modern technology to fight crime.  Store owners are spending thousands on surveillance.  One shop owner says she can monitor activity in her business from anywhere with an internet connection.
