Some MLK Residents Oppose Caddo Parish School District Proposal

The Caddo Parish school district has held a series of town hall meetings to present their five year comprehensive plan to improve schools in the district.
Thursday they held a town hall meeting in the M-L-K neighborhood. Some of those in the audience weren`t supportive of the district`s proposal. The district says they have evidence that the proposed plan works in other parts of the country, but some M-L-K residents say that`s not enough to convience them.
The superintendent says the plan is still in the works and nothing is set in stone. She tell us the public`s input will be considered when coming up with the final draft of the proposal.
