Stormy Daniels Arrested Last Saturday

The porn star known as Stormy Daniels was arrested Saturday on a domestic violence battery charge.

 

The incident took place at her home in Tampa, Florida.

 

Police say Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Gregory Clifford, became angry with her husband during a dispute over laundry and unpaid bills.

 

The 30 year-old Daniels allegedly hit her husband on the head numerous times, threw a potted plant, and knocked objects off a kitchen table.

 

Daniels recently announced she may run for U.S. Senate in 2010 in her native Louisiana.
