Tony Alamo Breaks His Silence

Alamo also spoke out while being led away from the courthouse by U. S. Marshals Monday afternoon. "They're guilty," said Alamo of FBI agents participating in his prosecution. When asked if he felt he was being persecuted Alamo replied, "what do you think."
Defense lawyers are expected to begin presenting their case Tuesday. Alamo attorney's say they will try to narrow the focus of the case to Alamo's intent as it relates to the charges against him. The jury could have the case as soon as Thursday.
