Man Accused of Child Rape Enters Plea

Christopher Shane Smallwood appeared before Circuit Judge Kelvin Wyrick with his public defender Shannon Tuckett for arraignment. Deputy prosecutor Carlton Jones is representing the state for Miller County.

The attacks are alleged to have occurred over several months in 2008. A trial date is pending.
