Updated: February 5, 2007
Webster Parish Sheriff`s Deputies are continuing their efforts to put drug dealers behind bars. So more than 35 suspected drug dealers, have been arrested in a series of raids related to "Operation Crackdown." But Sheriff Sexton says word of the raids is spreading fast in some of the small towns they`ve been targeting. And eight of the suspects are still on the loose. "These individuals that are left, that we run as our most wanted are individuals that have not been picked up due to Operation Crackdown investigation. We`re just trying to get those people picked up and incarcerated and stand for what they`ve done in our community," said Sexton. These eight men top the Webster Parish Sheriff`s Office most wanted list: William Lewis Mayfield, Jr., 40, of Sibley is wanted for two counts of drug distribution. Kendrick Demario Keener, 23, of Cullen is wanted for one count of drug distribution. Shedrick Lewis, 26, of Cullen, is wanted for one count of crack cocaine distribution. Robert Lee Seamster, 21, of Cullen, is wanted for three counts of crack cocaine distribution. E.J. Johnson, of Cullen, is wanted for two counts of crack cocaine distribution. Achille Parrlo Holmes, 35, also of Cullen, is wanted for one count of distribution (crack cocaine). Paul A. Rachal, 48, of Haynesville, is wanted for one count of drug distribution. Gary Wayne Cornelius, Jr., 26, of Minden, is wanted for one count of Ecstasy distribution. Sheriff Sexton says some of the suspects may have fled the state. He plans to enlist the help of the U.S. Marshal`s Office if that`s what it takes to bring the suspects to justice. "Until all the warrants on Operation Crackdown have been served, then we`ll pursue these individuals until we pursue all the warrants," said Sexton. If you know the whereabouts of any of the suspects please call the Webster Parish Sheriff`s Office at (318) 377-1020.
