Snow joined the KTAL sports department in July of 2012. He is
a native of Springfield, MO, but is proud to call the ArkLaTex home.
Lance
believes great sportscasts are filled with great local stories; focusing on the
athletes, coaches and fans that make the ArkLaTex a hotbed for sports.
He loves the traditional sports like football, basketball, and
baseball, but isn't afraid to tangle with the outdoor world or showcase
non-traditional athletes.
Lance got
his foot in the door at KQTV in St. Joseph, MO, as a reporter, but became
the station's Sports Director in less than a year. He spent nearly three years
covering sports in Northwest Missouri before heading south to Lousiana.
Lance
graduated with a degree in electronic media and a minor in journalism from
Evangel University. In his off time, he's probably fishing or hunting. If he's
not fishing or hunting, he's probably watching the St. Louis Cardinals.

Before you can determine what diet and exercise work best for you, it's best to make a couple of quick calculations. Your
Body Mass Index (BMI) gives you an idea of where you are compared to others in your height/weight range, while your
Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) tells you how many calories you naturally burn each day.
With these numbers, you can determine how many calories you need to burn each day for safe, healthy weight loss.
