Steven Konduras, an inmate who escaped from his hospital room at LSU Hospital while being guarded by private security Wednesday afternoon, has been located at a home in the 600 block of East Washington. He is now in the Shreveport City Jail and will be transferred to CCC as soon as possible. He will not be going back to the hospital, at least for now, because he appears to be feeling OK.
