Developing Story: Several Injured In Clarke Boulevard Shooting

A Developing Story at this hour, an afternoon shooting in Shreveport. Police say it happened as school was letting out. Between the 3300 and 3400 blocks of Clarke Boulevard. Right now details are limited about the incident. Authorities say at least 4 victims were taken to a local hospital. Neighbors say there has been an on-going altercation between some of the local area kids. One neighbor said they heard a loud boom.
