Shreveport Mother Faces Charges in Death of Son

New developements in the death of 2-year-old Kartrevious McBride who died last July. This weekend, the boys mother 19-year old Zwannica McBride was arrested and faces 2nd degree murder charges on suspected child abuse by doing nothing to intervene. An autopsy found the boy was severly beaten. Charges in the case are still pending on her boyfirend 25-year old Johnathan Givens who was charged last week with first degree murder.
