Update: 2nd Suspect Arrested In Connection to Death Of Shreveport Man

Caddo Authorities say they`ve made a 2nd arrest connected to the death of 71-Year-Old Donald Royce Matthews, whose body was discovered by oil field workers. 27-year-old Johnny Parker was picked up Friday morning and is being held in the Caddo Correctional Center charged with 1st degree murder. Meanwhile, 29-year-old Patrick Ryan Butler was arrested Thursday and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

it happened shortly after 11 this morning at the corner of 73rd and southern avenue in shreveport.

police say 26 year old edward bouya was stabbed in the chest by his 16 year old brother.

bouya was taken to a local hospital with non- life threatening injuries..

his brother is charged with aggravated battery... His name is being with held because he is a minor..
